Alice Lucas

Alice Lucas is a creative and compassionate yoga teacher, influenced by her unique background as a visual artist, dancer, and former first-grade teacher and foster mom. Alice is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT), and teaches anything from a gentle restorative class to a fast-paced vinyasa with artful intelligence.

Her peaceful and positive personality is contagious, and students shine as they are guided through fun and effective movement instruction. Alice has been with Citizen Yoga since Fall 2019 and has found incredible authenticity and growth through the studio's values and teachings.
