Blend

Ideal for practitioners with some yoga experience, Blend combines the flow of Vinyasa with the holds of Slow Burn. A well-rounded class designed to target all major muscle groups and spinal movements, Blend offers opportunities to build strength through balancing postures and inversions, while also allowing space for releasing physical and mental tension. Blend classes are mostly guided and build towards a pivotal pose or are focused around an intention for the body, such as heart openers.

  • Blend: Full Body Flow with Ann

    Connect to the heart of your practice in this Blend with Ann. Start with a series of traditional Sun As and Bs and move into a full scale practice that works the whole body. End your practice with hip opening + gentle forward and backbends.

  • Ashtanga: Short Short Form with Kacee

    Kacee will lead a shortened Ashtanga series rooted in tradition. Move through sun as, a strong standing series, and progress to forward bends, core work, inversions + hip opening.

  • Blend: Reframing What We Take Personally with Kacee

    These blend classes are recorded from our Citizen [live] schedule. This class dives into what it looks like to re-frame yourself and your practice from the personal to the spiritual sense.

    The video starts with 45 minutes of philosophy focusing on the idea of void. What do we fear when we lose things? The physical practice focuses on twists and inversions.

  • Non- Harming: A Balancing Blend with Ann

    Join Ann Fancy in a fully guided class for all levels where you will get in touch with your breath and inner physical strength. This class focuses on breaking down postures, opening the hips and balancing with a lens of non violence. Grab a block and join in!

  • Heart Opening Breathwork + Gentle Movement with Casey

    Open the channels of love with this simple flow and breathwork meditation to release energetic blockages in the heart. All you will need for this class is a mat.
