Home Practice Series with Kacee Must

Home Practice Series with Kacee Must

In this series, Kacee offers you six templates for home practice. These templates can be used as stand alone home practices, and serve as building blocks to create sequences of your own. You can choose one practice and repeat it daily for an extended length of time, or rotate through the six practices depending on your mood and energy levels. Each practice is approximately 30-40 minutes, but sequences are designed to take anywhere from 20 to 90 minutes once you build familiarity.

Each sequence offers a unique focus:

3. Yin + Yang
4. Pacifying the Mind
5. Integrating the Three Floors of the Body
6. Down and Settling // Up and Moving
